An author of the Gamer’s Alphabet, ElJeffe from Penny Arcade forums, printed the whole book on the plain, sturdy printer paper. He used spray-on glue and laminating sheets afterwards. But all these details are not very important, because the most important part is the content of Gamer’s Alphabet.
