Here we present you Victoria’s Secret Catalog 1979. Victoria’s Secret was founded in San Francisco, California, in 1977 by Tufts University and Stanford Graduate School of Business alumnus Roy Raymond, who was embarrassed trying to purchase lingerie for his wife in a department store environment.

An old Victoria’s Secret catalog has been dug up from 1979 a time when the breasts were natural and Photoshop didn’t exist. Do you find these women more attractive? It all looks so natural and they look real. Of course the models were perfect as they are today, but it seems like now there is more cheating with all that fancy technology. I specially like how their tan is different. The way photos were taken, everything looks so glamorous.

The popular culture which is served to us today had its pioneers. One culture is defined with the clothes you wear, books you read, movies you watch, music you are listening to, art which you are interested in, in one word it’s your way of living. These are the pioneers of Pop Culture, they moved the boundaries.

Edgar Rice Burroughs

Edgar Rice Burroughs was a pioneer in story telling. He influenced many forms of modern culture including literature, comics, TV, and cinema. He wrote several classics such as Tarzan, and his stories became a major influence for Gene Roddenberry, George Lucas, and James Cameron. In addition to Tarzan, he is also responsible for a series of books featuring the legendary character and hero, John Carter. And next spring, John Carter will be brought to life in a live action movie.

Coco Chanel

Coco Chanel was the woman who changed the fashion and the way people think when it comes down to dressing and style. Probably her best known quote is : “Fashion passes, style remains.” What she did was revolutionary. She took “poor man’s” fabrics to create chic, yet comfortable clothing. Her designs were elegant, but they were also affordable. She also popularized wearing bathing suits and sunbathing in public, a typical activity that is very common in present day. Chanel’s legacy lives today through her fashion house run by Karl Lagerfeld.

The Beatles

The Beatles were one of the most successful bands in history. Their music influenced generations of future pop stars and changed the way contemporary music was listened to and consumed. One band to reach that amount of popularity as The Beatles did is amazing. Just the thought that when they made all of that was no internet era, so hearing about some band was very hard, nevertheless they gain that amount of popularity. These guys managed to sell millions of records!

Andy Warhol

Andy Warhol was one of the leading figures in the Pop Art movement. His famous prints of Campbell’s Soup Cans and Marilyn Monroe changed the way viewers perceived fine art. Using the medium of screen printing as “fine art,” Warhol could make multiple copies of his prints in a very short amount of time. His legacy inspired artists (traditional and non-traditional) to re-appropriate images and paved the way to modern contemporary art.

Stanley Kubrick

Stanley Kubrick was most famous for his scrupulous care of filming, his slow method of working, and the varying genres of cinema he portrayed. Many of his films initially received lukewarm reviews and only decades later were they considered to be classics. Critics either had the opinion that his works were intelligent and profound, or highly pretentious. Whatever your opinion on Kubrick’s films, there is no denying the effort put forth in his works.

Football exists since ancient Greeks and Roman, of course it wasn’t the same game with the same rules as now, but a similar game existed since then. Even back then, beside the game, football fans and football fanatics have also existed. It’s very commune for football fans, when attending a sport event, to dress or paint their faces into the colors of their favorite team to support them. But just look at these guys. Here’s a collection of some of the most hardcore football fans in the world. These guys went to the extremes. They look a bit funny and a bit weird, but it is impossible not to notice them, for sure. Even if you think that opening and looking into someone fridge is not a polite thing to do, it is very interesting. All of the people are a little bit of voyeurs. There is a natural curiosity too. Everyone wants to know more about other people way of living. This can explain all that good selling of tabloids. The project “In Your Fridge“, by the Canadian French-born Stephanie de Rouge, photographer, now living in New York, is a very interesting one. The content of the fridge is telling a lot about people. You can get to know about person’s habits and way of living a lot just by looking into his fridge. People who live alone have lonely fridges and people living with someone have more of “householdy” groceries.

I am sure you have thought your dad can be embarrassing sometimes, but the shame is bigger if you are working hard to make something and yo are making your own career and your dad is going around acting pretty wild. I am sure that there are lot of embarrassing celebrity dads, but at the end it is all about how you mange to hide some things. These are the ones which couldn’t keep their mouth shout.

1. Michael Lohan

Lindsay Lohan’s Dad loves nothing more than opening his big mouth and bitching to the media about his daughter. Actually, he’s done enough embarrassing stuff to get a slideshow solely dedicated to himself. As for the recent stuff… a few months ago, Michael was in court defending himself against allegations he beat up his TV presenter girlfriend, Kate Major. And that’s not the end. We wait what’s next move. Anyhow, I wonder if he can embarrass Lindsay as much as she does.

2. Billy Ray Cyrus

Country singer, Billy Ray Cyrus, totally uses daughter, Miley, to get himself in the spotlight. What could be worse than have your Dad star in your own TV show? But really, Billy Ray could make this slideshow on bad hair alone. First there was the mullet in the 90s; now he looks as though he keeps a GHD straightener on hand 24/7.

3. David Hasselhoff

The Hoff has really got to be one of the most embarrassing Dad’s ever to have walked the earth, let alone in celeb-ville. And his daughters have got to be the most forgiving children ever. In 2007, 16-year-old daughter, Taylor-Ann, filmed her Dad drunk, lying on the floor, eating a hamburger, and then leaked it to the press. You would do the same if Dave was your father.

4. Alec Baldwin

In 2007, Alec left a phone message for his 11-year-old daughter, Ireland Baldwin, calling her a “little rude pig” for not picking up. It was in the middle of the actor’s custody case with ex-wife, Kim Basinger, so we get that he wasn’t in the best of moods… but still, that’s no excuse.

5. Joe Simpson

Joe Simpson, father to Jessica and Ashley Simpson, is a former Baptist Minister turned creepy stage Dad. In fact, Joe is pretty much The Father of parental creepiness. In 2004, he famously decided to comment on daughter Jessica’s…erm…well-endowed physique, saying: “Jessica never tries to be sexy. … She just is sexy. If you put her in a T-shirt or you put her in a bustier, she’s sexy in both. She’s got double D’s! You can’t cover those suckers up!” Ok, ew.

6. Woody Allen

Woody Allen had been in a 12year relationship with actress, Mia Farrow, when she discovered nude pictures of her adopted daughter, Soon-Yi, then 21, in Woody’s apartment. And yes, you could pretty much say Soon-Yi was Woody’s step daughter by that stage.

7. Jamie Spears

Jamie Spears has been his daughter’s conservator since she went kinda koo koo a couple of years ago, checked into rehab and lost custody of her kids for a while.
But Daddy’s still in charge and we think he likes it. Not only does he rake in a reported $16,000 a month to look after Brit Brit, but he’s also the director of her 2011 Femme Fatale Tour.
In 2008, there were even reports that Jamie checked his daughter was wearing underpants every time she went out.

8. Charlie Sheen

After splitting with his sitcom ‘Two and a Half Men’ earlier this year, then having an over-the-top meltdown and creating his own nutty publicity tour, we reckon Charlie’s a total trainwreck Dad. He’s got five kids, too…two girls to ex-wife Denise Richards, twin boys to more recent ex, Brooke Mueller, and a daughter from a high-school fling.

9. Hulk Hogan

In 2008, there were pictures of Hulk rubbing sun lotion onto Brooke’s bum.
Earlier this year, father and daughter were all smoochy and weird at the launch of some nude pics Brooke did for animal activist group, PETA. At the time, Brooke tweeted: “I’m SO sick of people saying me and my dad are in some perverted relationship! Go home and do your own thing! Stop picking on me!”

10. Ozzy Osbourne

Dad to Kelly and Jack, Ozzy Osbourne, might rock on stage but the Black Sabbath singer is more cringe worthy than cool when it comes to being a parent. Ozzy once dressed up as a werewolf and locked Kelly’s friends in the garden shed.
He’s also been known to tie Kelly down down and cut off her g-string in front of her friends, as well as get banned from parent-teacher evenings for falling asleep.
