Rodney Alcala has been convicted of killing four women and a 12-year-old girl. After an unsuccessful bout of representing himself in a California court, Rodney Alcala has been sentenced to death. Rodney is known as the “dating game killer”. This name he got by his appearance in the popular TV show in the 70s’. Born on August 23, 1943 in San Antonio, Texas, Rodney’s family moved to Los Angeles where in 1956, his father left the family. In 1961, when Alcala was 18-years-old, he joined the United States Army. He was discharged in 1964 after being diagnosed with anti social personality disorder. Reports state that Alcala then went to UCLA and graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree. He was said to have a near genius IQ and once studied under Roman Polanski. He had a passion for photography and would frequently photograph women and children. Now, authorities fear that some of the photos found in the locker rented by the convicted serial killer are images of more victims. Since the photos of the four unfortunate women and a 12-year-old child whom he had murdered were found in his house with the other ones is fared that some of the women on these photos are to be his victims too. The police published these photos hoping to here from someone who maybe knows or can recognize these women.
