It can make people to believe in almost anything. This is how Pyongyang is controlling North Korean people. Government in North Korea wants to create fear and hate against West and USA. With this kind of propaganda I can claim for sure that they doing that very successful. Imagine that you never saw anything except you village ore small town, and every story you hear is a hate tale about West and USA. Would you believe in it? I think you will.
