D)Stop being closed minded, thinking that just because someone smokes pot means there a fuck up.Any man made drug is 10 times worse than pot. compare the effects of heroine,or PCP to marijuana. Pot looks like a (and technically is) normal plant in comparison.

I’m a “stoner” and I think many of these are funny, even if they’re not true. Some of them are, though… :p
stoned on “crazy” maybe. i can make sense of these, if i dumb myself down to being in 7th grade, then pretending i’m 75 years old and just discovering the internet. after said discovery, i enlisted a youngster from the local church youth group to mix my ideas with their art, and conceptions of youth from the early 90’s, as displayed by ‘War on Drugs’ PSA cartoons.
i’m tired of the uneducated image of stoners. so, let’s explain a few things away:
1) Paranoia, you’re using an illegal substance, concern over enforcement is logical
2) Munchies, well yes, this is accurate. Rampant disregard for thoughtful consumption, however, is not.
3) Authority is Hitler, well, authority is saying you can’t do what you’re doing. If you’re stoned, you’re going to spend a bit more time thinking. Imagine a conversation at a bar, only you don’t have alcohol deadening your brain, attractive women distracting you, or a desire to seem more powerful than you really are which is as very real side effect of alcohol. You’ll cover a lot more topics and get a much deeper opinion of structured authority with your new found focus and reality based perception of your impact on the world.
It’d take 600 words or so to accurately explain the full depth of this point, but suffice to say, this art is lunacy. Depicting a mom? Really? You realize the average age of initial introduction to marijuana is very close to the introduction of extra hormones and the general behaviors associated becoming a young adult, right? Everyone, except Mormons, are at odds with their parents as they get to an age where, physically, they become able to produce offspring. There’s a physiological driver to want to leave the nest and encourage those needs as well as becoming socialized with one’s own peer group. All of these points naturally put young adults at odds with their parents.
In case anyone thinks I’m taking this too seriously, I am. I’m nearly 30, very successful, and tired of the negative image a bunch of lackey’s insist on pushing out there.
